Police Chief said that the bomb threat is over and that's why they were holding the press conference there.

The police chief just said that the bomb threat is over, which is why they delayed the press conference in the first place, so that's a good thing..

That's the only thing that has me scratching my head. When reports came out, they said 21 (no use of approx) as in they knew he was 21. How would they know that for sure? I'm assuming they are going soley on eye-witness accounts.

I don't know about that WildApache. It shocked me that the Black community in Charleston didn't riot after this www.nytimes.com... poor Black guy was shot 8 times IN THE BACK by a White police officer, earlier this year. It seems the Black community of Charleston, N.C. is either too scared of "The Man" to protest...or too laid-back. Either one is a shame!
