Hollywood Writer's Suspicious Death Suggests CIA Ties

A documentary about a scriptwriter who vanished 18 years ago is reviving speculation and conspiracy theories about the circumstances of his death.
The “Writer with No Hands” docudrama follows British academic Matthew Alford as he attempts to prove that Hollywood screenwriter Gary Devore was murdered by the CIA because he was about to blow the lid on the “real” reason behind the 1989 U.S. invasion of Panama.

A truck driver turned screenwriter, Devore was well-known among the Hollywood elite, having written the screenplays for several films, including Dogs of War, Raw Deal, and Time Cop. He counted actors Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tommy Lee Jones, and Kurt Russell as friends, and had dated a number of starlets, including Janet Jackson, and had once been married to Nat King Cole’s widow.
In late June of 1997, Devore was on his way home in California after wrapping up some work in New Mexico but he never made it back. Oddly enough he had been working on plans to remake “The Big Steal,” a 1949 movie about a man who plans his own disappearance. Devore’s disappearance was the subject of a massive search – his family even went on television and offered a $100,000 reward – but nothing turned up for twelve months. Devore’s skeletal remains were found almost exactly a year later in 1998, still strapped into his Ford Explorer, submerged in a California aqueduct. Missing were the Panama script, a laptop, and both his hands.

In the documentary, Alford says that Devore had uncovered some information that would embarrass U.S. officials, including alleged photographs and sex tapes that Panamanian president Manuel Noriega had of high-ranking Americans who were filmed cavorting with women, drinking, and doing drugs at Noriega’s home. Alford says that Devore had discovered that the invasion was just a diversion so that U.S. officials to get back in Noriega’s home and steal all the incriminating material and get rid of it.
Devore had said it would be “the toughest most hard-hitting script they were ever going to see in Hollywood.”

This popped-up in my feed just now, I remembered when they went after Noriega, at the time I didn't quite get why,some said he was a drug dealer,others said he was a CIA front man and this was a time when much of the governments south of California were drug dealers and CIA or KGB front men,but Noriega was our man,now this kinda put things in a context I can understand,we invaded Panama because U.S bigwigs feared public embarrassment over Bohemian Grove type orgies caught on film, if the Internet was available then we could expect some Salaciously leaked porn.

Thank you for the thread. I often wondered about that Noriega guy I thought it was all about Cocaine . Being a Brit I guess I did not really look into it at the time. How ever this is very interesting to say the least and to be honest it would not surprise me if its all true. We are having our own big investigation at the moment here in the UK about the antics of politicians and their sexual goings on with minors. The royal family included. Well I shall keep an eye on any new developments. Its about time these public servants were investigated, here and in the USA.

The Noriega connection needs to see the light of day - we had dirty dealings with him and Panamanian banks are the big reason. Laundering drug money for the Western hemisphere. Niche market. It seems Noriega was going rogue or wanting too big a share and was trying to extort the bigshots. That''s a no -no. So we blasted the crap out of a tiny country.

Could you or someone else expand on the above,that deserved some looking into what kind of weapons it seems every time we go to war we tested some new exotic killing instruments.

I think for me the most interesting thing was his hands were missing! But also puzzling there were other hands with him purported to be at least 200 years old, per the medical examiner. So question is, where are Devore's hands, and also, who's hands were with Devore, WHY were they with Devore, part of a clue, or a red herring to throw the scent off, so to speak. So many questions and not enough answers. Wasn't Oliver North involved in the capture of Noriega? If so, how much would he know about what happened to Devore?

I was just going to say this sounds like a Panamanian Bohemian Grove for US officials, then read the last part of the OP mentioning Bohemian Grove style foreign relations. So true, and it is like this all through the higher ups and the unelected appointments since before Nixon, and probably still is so full of good ole boys and covering for each other all kinds of debauchery, drug use and more unspeakable corruption among American officials, that they need to trip over a can of nerve gas to clean their own house in order to clean our American house for us.

They think they are beyond judgement and accountability, but their day will come, and even the best and most expensive hiding places will not be enough to save them. Including rogue CIA and other darkly hidden elements of our hierarchy of land fill material in government.

You couldn't be more wrong in my opinion. No one will ever pay for acts, crimes or even lies like the story on this thread. Won't happen.
These people have and will continue to get away with anything when they SET the rules and the LAWS. And have zero accountability directly to the public.

Yes that's the first thing that hit me after reading and viewing the Vid something Bohemianish about this,and on that note I am asking you guys and gals who have waay more knowledge about these societies than I do, if there was anything ritualistic in the removing of the hands and the replacement of other body parts your Skull and Bones type deal, after all didn't Bush's ancestor stole Geronimo's scull back in the day and kept in their temple of doom. hint good ol Bones man George Bush sr was CIA top or near the top during that time.

Retraction Bush was Veep at the time his CIA era was in the 70ts however that only made him even more powerful.

Only recently have I heard a family member mention Bohemian Grove. He's retired naval Intel. Thought he was trying to jag off my kid brother about baby sacrifices.. the stories were just to far fetched.

If this is true. Even Anthony Bordain bought into it. As he made mentions of it in his Panama special. He spoke of a drug trafficking dictator. And how Panama is better today.. and Bordain don't hold back nothing.

CIA agents make way too much money, and are way too educated and refined to do something like that. I actually think the CIA is one of the few agencies that is sincere in its defence of the US because they are the ones focused on external threats it's the internal agencies we have to keep an eye out for.

How many other incidences were personal get even jobs? Bush visited and probably recreated with Saddam, was there video involved there also? The behavior of the guards in the more recent scandal speaks volumes of how they operate.

there are rumors of other things used and done, such as chemicals, DU Rounds, and even a stealth bomber. mass murder/ graves.

the only other thing i know for sure that was used was on Noriega alone (well maybe everybody in area) was psyops where he was blasted with rock-n-roll. i believe that is the first time this was done.

I don't know... more has come to light than I would have evet dreamed possible thanks to the internet. Mind you, social conditioning has kept people from believing most of it, but the house of cards in the isles of Britain has finally starting falling, that alone has reversed a lot of this "politicians can't possibly be so barbaric" thinking.
