Our entire military!

They have TV's in the gyms.
Even to the point that you can take an extended lunch break if you go to the gym during it.

Actually my brother gets paid to watch TV and exercise too... now that I think about it.

People get paid to tag shows on netflix with appropriate key words too.

I'm not mad he has free time. Every president does. Hell, they need it. So I'm definitely not mad he's watching ESPN and exercising in that time.

I don't think they are over payed. Most take a paycut to be President.
