BREAKING: New Video Proves Michel Brown Attacked Officer Darren Wilson

What I knew all along and what is being uncovered. Read under the video for more details.

A video that was posted on Thursday offers new evidence in the Michael Brown shooting, and it may vindicate Darren Wilson. The video begins just after Brown was shot, and the teen’s body can be seen in the street throughout the footage.

Listen carefully at the 6:30 mark to what the bystanders are saying. Judging from the transcript, they appear to be saying that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson.

#1 How’d he get from there to there?

#2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck

#2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him

People dismiss the account of all of other witnesses but - they swear allegiance to some anonymous, garbled voice on a you tube video because it seemingly (but who can really tell as none of it is very clear) supports their confirmation bias.

Here's an idea...wait for the final investigative report. You know...those inconvenient facts....

The only thing that video tells me is that the police stood around doing not much of anything afterwards. Here is more proof of exactly that.

One fact of the bullet wound on top of the head, consistant with leaning over/down, as in into a CAR? Also these statements fully tell the same story as the officers also. So forensics is backing it up but your still not wanting to buy it? Much like them people in Ferguson?

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.

People take head wounds all the time and can still function. While most of the time a head shot is instant lights out, many cases have shown the opposite.

However, that determination could change if it turns out that there is gunshot residue on Mr. Brown’s clothing, to which Dr. Baden did not have access.

And that's a good point - we just don't have all of the facts yet to determine how the incident went down.

If it was revealed today that the young man was on PCP, had just killed a kitteh, and was charging the cop with a backpack nuke it would not change a damned thing.

The violence that is occurring in Ferguson is running on its own momentum.

No amount of words, thoughts, or prayers are going to get through.

I guess the thing is... you posted inconclusive video and the title says "proves". Plus it's sourced from a political blog and it's posted in one of the political forums.

I just think political exploitation - from both sides - is what has this entire Ferguson incident blown out of proportion.

Not even mrconservative is trying to claim M. Brown was in the car when he got shot in the head.

“[Brown] just started bum rushing [Wilson],” the caller said. “He just started coming at him full speed. And, so [Wilson] just started shooting.”

You should stick with 'bum rushing', sounds much more promising./sarc

This idiotic claim that the gunshot to the top of the head "proves" he was "bumrushing" the cop is grasping at straws, as if people run at 90 degrees to the ground. More like the first shots to the body caused the victim to double up, then the headshots (two of them).
