Actually yes it is a trick question as the only way I could argue if the OP answered yes and David Ike talks about HAARP being an earthquake machine is by using official sources and logic or at least a logic I function with which admittedly at times can be strange.

However, that only leads to a debate that will only divide believers and so called non believer in conspiracies that leads to irrelevant stuff being posted and so forth.

David Icke is not scientifically in clined to talk about tesla. Though tesla is overblown and imo tech to split earth in half would be anti grav, though I doubt tesla had anything to do with anti grav tech.
