I would almost pay money to see him sweating to the oldies with Richard Simmons. Velour track suit and New Balance sneakers... in the wind FTW!

Honestly if he's just starting out, as much I don't care for him, I'd still say good luck to him. He could stand to gain some lean weight. Definitely needs some structure to his workout, though. And more bench press - less cardio.

This irrelevant revelation about Obama deserves my utmost judgement and scrutiny.

I heard ABC News on the radio commenting that the Secret Service had cleared the people that were near him during the 'workout'. They don't deny that it is the President.... in all of his 5 pound dumbell-pumping glory. After seeing him throw a baseball, I am actually surprised that he could handle 5 pounds.

I wonder if he runs like a girl?

Not once did he have 5 lb dumbbells. I lift. Do you?

The silver ones are 10-15 and for the exercises he did with them, that's appropriate, especially if he's fairly new to lifting.
The larger ones look like 30.

I think it's great that he's lifting. It's one of my favorite things to do.

Let me know what the criteria are for humor, so we can post the list here. That way everyone will know what we are allowed (by your standards) to find humor in.
