Most definitely some of the cutest shots of snails by Ukrainian photographer Vyacheslav Mishchenko.
These adorable photos of the molluscs will melt your heart.

Vyacheslav Mishchenko is passionate about the less obvious and more fragile parts of nature, where little creatures like insects, molluscs, reptiles and amphibians dwell. Living in their own macro world, these little things probably don‘t even notice the curious Mishchenko as he captures the most intimate and sensitive moments of their delicate lives.

I love this one:

But this one is my favorite!

More of his photos can be seen here.

The link is a 404 no hotlinking allowed OP just so you know

That's awesome. Yeah I agree sometimes it's better to remain anonymous on the internet. I have an alias for a reason.

Those little dudes are so adorable, interesting to see them at this perspective.

Whenever I see a snail on the sidewalk, I move them out of the way so they don't get squished. Don't know what it is about snails but I think they're just too darn cute.

Just look at this little dude stretching for a during of water! Squeee!

Love threads like this! Thank for sharing

PS.... ATS needs an animal forum!

Nice pics of the snails. I see them all the time and they do have their candid moments. I enjoy observing nature, but only in recent times can you capture it with photography.

Other times I like to capture snails for dinner =) (they are a common food here, and the best times to catch them are a sunrise/sunset)

One could really get slugged a lot for slowly traversing ones eye over those pictures if the photographer wanted to charge!

Thankfully on ATS we don't have to shell out to see such wonderful things!

And then they say that animals don't have a consciousness and it's okay to kill them...

Thanks for the photos. It reminds me on how beautiful this world can really be.
