This is for all you chicken wing lovers out there... It is a must try...

They're better then any sauced hot wings, or honey garlic...

Probably one of my all time favorite dishes, IF you can call Chicken wings a dish

1 pound of chicken wings

1/4 cup of flour

1 taco seasoning package (old el Paso)

1 bag of corn chips

a few sticks of butter (may need more)

1 Kleenex Tissue

Method

Mix the seasoning and flour in a decent sized plastic bag... Crush the corn chips to the desired consistency...

Toss the wings into the seasoning bag and shake until coated....

Coat the chicken wings in melted butter a few at a time, then toss them into the crushed corn chips and roll em around a bit

Next place the finished wings on to a baking sheet, and into the oven...

375 degrees for 45 mins...

Add Kleenex tissue to mouth as drooling will occur when the smell fills the kitchen...

These wings are the best!!

IF you love chicken wings, and you love Tacos (who doesn't) YOU MUST TRY THIS RECIPE

Enjoy!!

Akaron I'm drooling already and will no doubt need more than a kleenex, I'm sure a roll of paper towels will suffice. These sound awesome. My housemate turned me on to Buffalo balls which are also awesome but I just may show him up with this one! Thanks

What kind of chips do you use? Fritos?

I'm thinking about making this with breast tenders so there's no bones to throw away.

Who picks up my tab at the ER?

Why is all the yummiest stuff so bad for me? Anyways, despite my protestations, I will try this - just once.
My husband and my eleven year old thank you.

And then - really - what would be the point!? I mean, if you are going to do this, you must go ALL IN.

Serious question, how would these fair in a professional kitchens deep frier? I'd like to try these withe cool ranch or buffalo durritos and want to know if you think they would burn? Sounds delicious. I prefer my wings fried and not baked. Not as healthy but tastier.

I'd season with the taco flour stuff, then deep fry, and after Toss them in the corn chips...

Who knows though... why are you asking if you have a professional kitchen?
