You know it's funny, after being a long-time reader, the thread you linked to in your post is the one which finally caused me to sign up to comment on ATS.

I remember that myself, along with a couple of others who had witnessed the whole thing ‘go down’ over on the site whose name shan't be mentioned, discussed and attempted to determine the possible validity of the now infamous “accidental post”.

As far as if it was legit or not? … I honestly don't know, but the rather conspicuous immediate response it prompted—well that most certainly was real.

while it may be typical litigation...(shouldn't there be a class action if it was? )
the law suit might result in machine gunners at every school...
try getting your kids back during a lock down after that

i think there are dhs rules that could lock the schools down for things that are occuring locally, but not exactly at the school
so i find that law suit curious

Ok ya IMO there should have been some law suits on the whoever was in charge of the medical procedures. Not the EMT's them selves but whoever was the one that decided that they were just going to twiddle there thumbs at the firehouse when there may have been people still alive in the school house.

And of course like mr hailbig points out, after almost every school incident there is always negligence claims, schools are usually sitting ducks for those suits

Anyhow, moving on …
Something which I find troubling and rather strange, which I've noticed numerous times across multiple officers' testimonies is them mentioning that their radios did not work inside the Sandy Hook School. This is referring to the local first responders (Newtown PD).
The CT State Police, the agency in charge of the investigation, did not have this problem with their radios.

Any ideas on why Newtown PD's radios would magically stop working inside this school?

ever since the judge at combine ordered the med records of the shooters disappear, i have wondered at the use of harming children to promote police stae agendas as a horrid thought...something unacceptable in a civilized sane world...

Yeah buddy, I didn't notice that until recently either.
What I do find mildly annoying is the inability to star/flag members for (what I think are) their positive contributions, which is what I understood to be the entire raison d'être of ⋆⋆⋆ —but hey, their house = their rules, which I can definitely respect.

The issues regarding the witness’ accounts of the timeline of events that morning are starting to get very troubling for me. There are dozens of them, and there's just no way that all of this stuff occurred in the same universe.

And anyone who would dare come here with:
“Hey stupid keyboard detectives, these REAL PEOPLE were killed by ONE sick, mentally ill person named `Adam Lanza'. He killed his mom, drove down to an elementary school at 9:30AM, and shot up a bunch of kids and teachers with an assault rifle. END OF STORY!”
—then let me ask you this, are YOU reading these reports?

Because, if you were sifting through this stuff, you'd find that more than ⅔ of these “facts” you THINK you know … either came solely from the media, or are flat-out wrong.

If you haven't been reading these reports, then realize this:
your vitriolic diatribes here and elsewhere are doing more of a disservice to the truth, than even the mainstream media which you blame for their hasty and inaccurate reporting.

Ye of much faith¹, what you have been given is a story, alright. And to be honest, a perfectly plausible one:
It's called the–psycho-snaps-n-shoots-a-whole-lotta-people–story.
I can buy that.
Unfortunately, that is a simple story, however, and what I'm reading … is waaaay far removed from a simple story.

what i keep seeing in many events is a pattern where there all these totally wrong facts just hammered out by the media and then later changed..and then after come the lid nailor posts like the one you just quoted...

im almost thinking there are nlp techniques in all that confusion which really do move the ball down field as well

the boston bombing, another touchy subject is a good example of the media frenzy...
i had a hundred flag thread on some oddities that occurred there, and the brass was very skeptical of me on that thread too
but...still that narrative sure doesn't scan...and now we have Ukraine and the Malaysian flight and those stories don't scan

they just found a felon who had been on the run for 35 years with cctv in Florida that was scanning with facial recognition and rumor has it with the 5 eyes system if you are wanted for a crime you can be picked up in Australia /Britian /Canada/Israel even for a parking ticket .

but the paper trail to those people is compelling and nancy's eyes must be a identical twin

As Wolfgang Halbig prepares to head to Newtown to pursue the truth about Sandy Hook and confront the Newtown School Board with questions, more and more evidence suggests that Sandy Hook Elementary was not even an operating school.
Not only does information about the alleged victims of the shooting–their names, their ages and their sex–not appear in the “State Police Final Report” from Connecticut, but the “autopsy photos” that accompany the report were redacted in their entirety. Actual proof of real victims is virtually non-existent.
When you combine that with the Clerk of Newtown entering into secret meetings with the state legislature to circumvent the release of their death certificates and those engaged in the destruction of the school building itself being required to agree to life-time “gag orders” about what they did or did not see and the probability we are dealing with a staged event grows larger.
A review of the redacted video coverage from the “Final Report” suggests there was a half-hearted effort to create the appearance of a thorough investigation without the substance, which is what we would expect if the entire exercise were no more than a random compilation of images. Those of the bathrooms may be the most important, since they hint the school was non-ADA compliant, an issue that we pursue below:

I was on the halbig train, i guess is still i am but this kind of statement makes me see why people are starting to question him
