The Pro EU Supporting Comments are rather unexpected and surprising. For Example, from the same thread. An user claiming to be an Ukrainian from western Ukraine while living in Finland.

President of Ukraine is corrupted as is his closest cabinet. Promises has not been kept. Today ( actually yesterday ) when people went back to street was because Parliament was supposed to have a session to recover constitutional law from 2004 which would have minimized the presidential power and give more power to parliament.. something happened , some say it was an act by president and close cabinet that session was cancelled.

The same constitutional law from 2004 would also grant the opposition and fascists more seats without winning any elections even though the Ukrainian president was democratically elected.

Whom are complaining? fascists, Right Wing and losers from the election. But what really got me is this what the user stated.

There has been civil unrest for a long time as people of Ukraine would like to join EU but seems like Putin has the President in leetch there and is anti EU.

Really? the people of Ukraine would like to join EU? i have being looking for a poll and have asked journalists if they could show Evidence of the claims that Ukraine would like to join EU but so far i have seen. Whats even more disappointing some ATS users are actually citing al jazeera as an actual news source for the events in Ukraine.

The majority of the reports by al jazeera on Libya, Egypt, Syria were misleading and false. But to see some people still use al jazeera as an actual news source no more then using CNN.

Is rather sad and disappointing. From just in 2012 Almost two years ago.

We can elect whoever we want, rally for whatever we want and protest it but nothing changes. Were innocent people just trying to survive. Don't blame citizens for actions of their government. Matter of fact, if its so easy to stop them why hasn't your country? Or any country? We are just as powerless against this machine as you are.

If the USA, France, Israel, UK, Germany are involved in sanctions or demonizing one side / group or Government, you can automatically assume that's the wrong side to better the peoples of that county.

Really? The people of Iceland didn't think like that, and they threw all their bankers and crooked politicians in jail.
The people of Egypt realized that their protests were being used by the CIA to put in the Muslim brotherhood and look what they did. They demanded the military step in and back the people.We all know what happened there.
It's not the worlds responsibility to stop the imperialistic madness of the U.S. The only way it can be stopped without taking out the whole world with it, is if the people of the U.S. stand up and do something. We can all agree the system inside the U.S. is corrupt beyond repair. No amount of talking or voting or protests will change anything now. It's all just window dressing for the masses.
Look what the people of other countries are doing to invoke change.TPTB know people in the U.S are watching. Actually, it's not that simple, either. We could have revolted any time in the past 100 years over anything, had another civil war, whatever. The fact is that we like our peace, meager though it is, more than we like wrestling the control from those we vote into office.
