My vegetarian son actually had a Parsnurkey with stuffing and the works!

This is what they look like in the store and NORMAL...

If you notice on the top of the parsnip all of those 'babies' that were replanted again to produce more, the parsnip was very tasty and I baked it just like you would a good old fashion country turkey. I have pictures of it somewhere my brother took as he cracked up at the finished parsnurkey looking exactly like a turkey. Lots of fun. I let them just grow wild here, they look like weeds, lol Shhh...

While it is a lovely combination of words, if I were a judge I think I'd have to subtract a bit because it's too sparse to really hear the author speak as it were.

My brother does, I will see if he can take time to send it to me. I have it somewhere but??? It is worth a look see.
