I'm for restoring all rights to any felon who's served their time and made restoration to any victims EXCEPT the violent ones.


This is what I believe to. For victimless crimes, once you pay your debt,through jail time or probation/parole, then you should get all your rights back. If it was a crime such as theft, then after you do your time, and make restorations to whoever you stole stuff from, then all your rights are restored.
