That video was very bad. Turned off after about 20 minutes. Terrible documentary. Cheesy music and quick cuts...lame.

And here is the problem.....people perceiving/anticipating this TV show as a "documentary". It is no such thing at all. It is a Hollywood scripted "reality show", which as we all know by now, is far from true reality. It is for entertainment purposes only....period, end-of-story, the cast has taken their final bow to the audience and the curtain has fallen on the stage. It's a play, an act, and is NOT any form of documentary. Documentaries deal in facts, and actual evidence. And, when a section is made up to demonstrate a point visually, it is clearly labeled as such with the word "dramatization" at the time it is airing. The fact that this statement is used at the end, as opposed to scattered throughout during the scenes means that the entire thing was a dramatization.....and....therefore....NOT REAL.

Surely not the most compling info on UFO technology. And yes, I watched the entire vid.

Look up Col. Corso. He's been saying this longer I think. He has a lot of street cred. He had the Nuc Codes in Europe. Was Pres. Staff at one time.
Says we got fiber optics, Kevlar, integrated circuits and a couple other things from Roswell. Turned over to Bell Labs in the 50/60's for reverse engineering.

FYI: For one, a small bit of original research will reveal to you that fiber optics technology has a long documented history of technical progression beginning in 1840 to the present. All independent of any "alien" influence.

Mike Bara, THIS man is the "aeronautics engineer" of the group in this TV show, the one speaking like he needs hard evidence? He is the author of 3 conspiracy books spanning alien structures on the moon, Mars, and a published advocate of both the lunar landing "hoax" and Nibiru 2012 doom porn. his last documented position in the aeronautics industry was as a CAD/CAM technician/draftsman at Boeing, until he was let go....at which point he hooked up with Richard Hoagland ('nuff said).

All of that is true except "published advocate of ... the lunar landing "hoax" ". Bara wrote an entire chapter in his book Ancient Aliens on the Moon laying out the evidence that Apollo was real. The fact that he copied most of it from Clavius Moon Base without attribution says much about Mike Bara's character but does not change the fact of what he has written.

He shows how the government knew about fiber optics in the early 1940's gained by studying one of the crashed UFOs.

I`ll watch it but after the first couple of minutes you see a UH-60 Black Hawk fly over the vehicle. The clip you see of it through the windshield is CGI but they add a quick clip of an actual UH-60 to reinforce the story. HOWEVER the helicopter sound clip is NOT a Blackhawk nor was it made by a 4 bladed rotor system. More than likely it is from a much smaller 3 bladed system that has no where near the power that a twin turbine powered military utility helicopter possesses.

I also get my BS metered redlined when the 4 main characters speak. Like its heavily scripted, and boy do they lay it on thick. Cross reference the stories and sightings and start looking for "co-incidences". We all know that no true ufo research cannot be done without a trench coat and cowboy hat.

You have gotta be kidding me... this video SUCK all over!

I suppose OP is one of those HOAXSTERS trying to promote it.

People: don't give any credit to this horsepoo... there's nothing of interest in there, it's just a very very cheesy shockumentary aimed at blackmailing UFO researchers,

A little too harsh and uncalled for, don't you think?
I watched the video and I thought it was good.
I'm not saying you are wrong. I respect your -somewhat rude- opinion, I'm just trying to say I respectfully disagree.

Oh, and Sled is not a hoaxster . I always find her threads informative.

My humble two cents.

Happy New Year.

Come on... this is bad acting all over. A joke on UFO researchers, nothing else, and Uwe Boll would have done it better (granted, that conspiracy chick would have got naked at some point, but...
. I thought Jesse Ventura's TV show was Cheez-Wiz quality spectacle, 'till I've seen this!

And where's the juicy evidence... blinking lights in IR cameras? People going insane/stupid about a black Black Hawk chopper? Some old guy pretending to have authentic documents of some 1942 crash retrieval that I can' find any info on through a web search?

It gets nowhere near many older UFO documentaries. If they're for real, they could have done it with a more honest approach and cut the cheese.

Holy crap! It was like UFO Hunters Lite for 10-year-olds. What an awful program. Clearly contrived and scripted. They analyse a print-off of a photoshopped image and concluded it is a "space ship"! A guy pulls a Geiger counter out of his pocket just in case a flying saucer may have landed in the area and lo and behold he gets reading right where he is standing. They talk about helicopters and one appears and they "chase it" while the cameraman hangs back to film the dramatic departure down the dusty track (add cgi helicopter later)! They peruse the MJ12 documents as though they are a new discovery and conclude the papers to be "the smoking gun".

Makes Chasing UFOs appear semi-competent.

The radioactive stone circle is up there with Steven Greer's invisible flying saucer video as the all-time greatest insult to the UFO field.

Flush it down the toilet, folks.

The helicopter did not go over the ranch, is was miles away from the ranch heading somewhat in that direction. The editing team made it look like it was over the ranch. I've been there multiple times and was extremely disappointed by this video that everyone on my forum was telling me about. Another sad piece is that Tom Dongo had provided the producers with never before seen photos and videos and none of them were shown on the show. The team itself is like a circus crew. There really is something to Sedona AZ and the bradshaw ranch is the real deal and very close to a possible base. However the show failed on all counts.

I just finished watching this film on Animal Planet, and I have to say, this is some of the best evidence I've ever seen to answer the question of whether aliens have/are visiting us... and I've seen a lot over the years!

These four people set out to prove, or not, the government's cover up of UFOs... and they got it! Finaly!!

Watch this video before commenting, please. You can't give a rational response to something you haven't seen yet.

This is, by far, the worst evidence to use in an ATS thread. The best evidence used was the documents declassified by the FBI in the FBI vault release a few years back.. if there's anything better than that then I would say yes. Using an Animal Planet show that flourishes through television ratings.. c'mon.

I've only driven past Sedona a few dozen times while stationed nearby. I also had heard of the strange stories up in nearby Flagstaff, and even video taped some strange lights on a near by mountain www.abovetopsecret.com...
When I get some time off, I may just grab some of the squad and head over to Sedona.

If you're interested, there's a 2 part show, "Evidence: The Case For NASA UFOs" and is a nice watch. There's some interesting footage. YouTube has it.

I saw this on TV.

There is a LOT of controversy over the MJ-12 documents. He claims to have had the documents "authenticated". I am assuming they tested the ink and paper?

Yes, they might be "real" in the sense that someone used the right kind of paper and typewriter -- but it doesn't mean the contents of the documents themselves are legitimate.

The show had a "cheesy" feel to it, and they didn't expose anything new that hasn't already been known in the UFO community. I thought it was hilarious how scared they acted at Area-51.

Yes, it was pretty bad. I felt awful for making my significant other sit through it with me. In turn, I had to watch an hour of "RuPaul's Drag Race". I'm still not sure which show I enjoyed more.

i don't know how anybody can seriously talk aobut "hard evidence" from this film. but i can see how one might consider it entertaining, or even intriguing. however, the obvious cuts in dialogues made this really hard to listen to for me. at some points it seemed like they took what their interviewees said and re-cut it to have them say what they wanted to hear.

No, because the MJ-12 documents were photocopies. No way to test the ink or paper.

Watch Mirage Men if you haven't already. Much of the mythology around MJ-12 / Serpo seems likely to have originated within the US intelligence community not for "disclosure" but to cover very earthly black projects.

Just to show that some of the people refered to in the OP link are either outright LIARS or just dont know what they are doing I will give you an example.

This link in the OP

ufodc.com...

If you scroll down on that page you will find a link to this.

yourshot.nationalgeographic.com...

So this guy has a few shots were he makes claims to have captured ufo's etc so lets look at one of his images.

yourshot.nationalgeographic.com...

His description read as follows

UFO Groom Lake AREA 51 captured from a remote POV at the perimeter of Groom Lake. Camera was programmed to fire a frame every second for 2 hours, autonomously. This single frame showed unknown activity

As you see he claims the camera was set to take a picture EVERY second for 2 hours now lets look at the exif data for that picture.

Focal Length: 20 mm Shutter Speed: 30/10 sec Aperture: f/2.8 ISO: 12800

30/10 is THREE SECONDS so his camera was NOT set up to take a picture every second.

People who have an agenda to promote the UFO belief for PROFIT make up claims, what's good about modern cameras is exif data which often catches them out when they make claims about UFO's what's really interesting is how often mufon and others like them show pictures with NO exif data but if you know what to look for there are other clues which can give you an idea of exposure time etc.
