Use this template as a guide. At the moment you have the picture where the invisible avatar should be, which is between the two lines below. Either save it and set as avatar, as shown in the picture here;


Alternatively, go into the drop down menu where you upload pics, and go across to 'account' with the little gear icon next to it.

Then, copy and paste this line into the 'my avatar' space at the top middle. There is a space between the first and second letters, so remove that before submitting the pic.

Then, use the pic of the ice cream, click on it, and select 'use as background' or the little window icon as shown here;



That will give you the full spread background.

So first save the image between the lines, it's an invisible gif you'll need to put in the avatar space where your south park goth is now.

Then save this;

and put the new pic in as your background.

We either use diesel or CO2 foam from a fire extinguisher to get rid of the European Wasps here. They do tend to come back after a fashion, but spraying them with diesel seems to work the best.

Of course that's if you can't use fire.

Someone also said to spray an area away from your house with soft drink or something with an overload of sugar as they tend to stay near things that are sweet. Never actually worked for wasps, but we get fire ants here and it works for them.

Hey BFFT do you have dogs or cats? If so you can use
cat food in the spring (protein) or sugary product after
July...you add a drop of Frontline plus...it is a flea & tick
product...however it produces no smell.
So which ever time of season just add a drop to the bait
& mix.
The bees or wasps will carry it back to the nest & thy will
die.

I have had to deal with 2 different invasions in the past 2
summers. It took a lot of research to find out this info.

I had yellow jackets dropping out of me ceiling 3 yrs ago.

it most definitely works. Spring time they want protein
so you use the stinkiest wet cat food mixed with one drop
of Frontline....after July they are searching for sugar...so I
used a melted Popsicle mixed with Frontline.

i got a suggestion of a bottle with the top cut off and put on upside down (to make a funnel), inside the bottle put some wine and a couple drops of dawn (soap suffocates insects, and is a cheap insect killer).

I used moscato wine, since it is sweet and horrible garbage (my wife likes it). 24 hours in, only 2 wasps. Meanwhile I sprayed wasps before work, during lunch, and after work.

I am thinking about doing an overnight raid tonight to see what keeps interesting them at the far end of the porch. They keep coming back and circling that area. Maybe a nest that got covered by something?

i don't mess around with ants. They will mess my dogs up.

I use Amdro. 1 treatment will kill any ant mound before the next sunrise.

DO NOT smash 1 period...if you kill one they will ALL
come after you. I did a lot of research. Unless you can
visually see the nest you have no idea how big the
nest can be.

Mine were in the attic space...& no telling how large
the nest could be...a few hundred to 35,000 plus wasp.
These were yellow-jackets. You kill one & they all sense
it & they will ALL come after you.

It took me a month or so to find the info on Frontline
they carry it back to the nest...therefore killing all.

If you are interested let me know so I can tell you how to do it
safely since you have pets.

The sweet wine attractant only works in the season they are
attracted to sweet. They are attracted to sweet or to proteins
depends on the season.

I have to get my husband to try to help me with that. Seriously. Anything much past point and click and I'm lost. Since my concussion 5 years ago I have dyscalculia and it translates over to the computer stuff.

I can resize it smaller if you want to just set it as the avatar if you like.

It does look odd though, I'm so used to seeing your south park goth style avs. Won't know who to look for on the boards anymore.

Nothing to worry about Night
Just a lot of drunken people, with some nasty drunks can always get out of hand.
Luckily it all went off smoothly and we all got along famously

My niece makes the best cocktails in the world...............................Yes I was a bit of a mess at the end of the night, even had to use my sister's stair lift to navigate to stairs (It was safer).

But all home now, and safely nursing Mrs C's hangover LOL.
