if we can see ison with the naked eye then current Speed Est. must need to be revised,, ie: it is moving faster, than initial low est.

I think that's as long as it survives it's pass by the Sun and doesn't break up.

ETA apparently it's holding together to put on a show

ISON is due to make its closest pass to the sun on Nov. 28 and, should it survive the fiery encounter, the comet could become an impressive sight in nighttime and daytime skies when it makes closest approach with the Earth on Dec. 26.

Actually no.
The supposed "see it in the daytime" moment is when it closest to the sun and "passing by" it... so it doesnt actually matter whether or not it survives it's pass by the sun because the moment is already over.
Secondly, if it beaks up at that moment of pass by the sun / maximum chance of seeing it during the day, then it could be easier to see... for a few hours.

The disaster for viewing is if it breaks up BEFORE it passes by the sun.

BTW, I'm talking about November 28th.

if we look here in REAL image of Ison its so bright a half bright as mars itself..so you know what i mean..

Umm, you are looking at a real picture, taken with an 11" telescope and 80x15s exposures stacked.
See Spaceweather-website and there it is on the front page.

35 flags and its just not true lol!!!
all you have to do is look for yourself and you cannot see it!! just go outside about 5 am est.and face east about half way up the sky and you will see mars which is very dim itself and ison not visible. also digital cameras can pick up high magnitude stars that cant be seen with the unaided eye.

I'm no astrophysicist, but how could an alleged ball of ice NOT break up (or simply vaporize) when it gets near the sun? Every model of its path that I've seen shows it basically right on top of the sun at the point it swings around.

The radiation of the Sun is not the main concern with a comet the size of C\2012 S1.

Can someone fill me in on whats the big deal about ISON? Is it some kind of cloaked spaceship or is it a comet too close to earth? Sorry just too much stuff to keep track of lately and this slipped by me.

It's a comet.
When first discovered there were indications that it would prove to be a very bright comet. Those indications are showing to have been not so indicative.
