You always get the yearly doom porn this time of year because of the end of the fiscal year and all the Gov agencies have to spend what they have left or lose it. Happens durning the National Guards spring training times as well. People then find something somebody said on the news and change it up a bit to make it more exciting (like Napolitanos speach) or take something else completely out of context. Was it not just a year or two ago the entire US navy was sailiing off to Costa Rica because the Gulf was going to explode, or Obama was in India because someone eas setting off a false flag nuke or whatever the rumor of the week is. Some people really think this stuff is going to happen but, most of us just find it fun to watch people try and fit every current event real or fake into some kind of pre written narrative.

How many dates have there been predicting end of the world or entering a "new age" and all of that, and how many times has it happened?

Am I pissed about kids not getting cancer treatment? Yeah...but doctors have to take an oath to do whatever they can to heal...hyperbole.

Just think...back about 20 years ago or so when a national health care initiative was decried as Commie b.s. Maybe had it been installed, those kids would be getting better treatment. What has happened in the 20 years since to drug costs, insurance premiums (if they will accept you), and health care costs? Gas was $.92 a gallon back then too. Once the rich realized they could screw us and make even more and we wouldn't fight back...they took the power away from our voices to fight back.

I completely understand where that question is coming from, and I do agree with the line of questioning you are presenting me with. I am not an authority on was should be allowed to be said on ATS, and have no power to dictate it, nor do I wish for that power. So if I've given you the idea that I think my ideas trumps anybody else's simply because they are mine, than I failed to convey the message I wanted.

Lets just say that I don't think this is important stuff. I respect your questions - but I'm not gonna bite. Was just uttering my opinion about the subject at hand.
