not bad ...you did although fail to add Stanley Kubrick's clockwork orange...the movie that made people realise even the sanctity of home could be invaded

Clockwork Orange. That brings back memories. I suppose I sound silly to admit this, but I never did really understand that movie...but I know many did and really apperciated the profound meaning it somehow had for them. I dunno... Maybe seeing it as a little kid is what left an impression like a truck in soft mud. Quite a movie for a kid to see back then.

A good mention tho...since my lack of getting it doesn't mean many others didn't and it was a formative thing, wasn't it?

yeah the movie had a great impact on how people felt about safety in their own homes, from speaking to people older than myself that watched the movie were horrified that this kind of thing could happen...its not like home invasion was new,but I guess the movie put it into the fore fronts of people's minds
