Glad to see one MUSE song on here, but there are so many possibilities! Seeing as how they are the band that got me into "Conspiracy Theories," there should be a few more of their songs on here.

They've got it all: end of the world, aliens, CIA programming, and revolution!

The Pot - Tool

This song is riddled with subtle and hidden metaphors that even the most dedicated Tool fan has trouble understanding. Kind of like anything associated with the occult. This came out in 2006, right in the middle of George W.'s second term, it's obvious the political themed lyrics are referring to certain hypocrites in power. The repetitiveness of "You must have been so high", makes one think of Bush's weed and coc aine allegations, yet his aggressive stance on "the war against drugs." Possessing psychedelic mushrooms became the equivalent of manslaughter under GWB's reign. Also the, "eyeballs deep in bloody water" is a slight nod to 9/11 in my opinion.

"Liar, lawyer, mirror for you
What's the difference?
Kangaroo be stoned
He's guilty as the government

Now you're weeping shades of cozen indigo
Got lemon juice up in your eye
When you pissed all over my black kettle

You must have been high, high, high, high

Eyeballs deep in bloody waters
You're balls deep in muddy waters
Ganja? Please!
You must have been out your mind "

Rosetta Stoned - Tool

This song is track 8 I believe, of the same album, 10,000 Days. I wanted to include both of these because they have to do with completely different conspiracy theories and are on the same album.

This one has to do with aliens, government secrecy, dimethyltryptamine, and lucy in the sky with diamonds, if you catch my drift. and area 51. The lyrics are presented as if coming from a scrambled abductee who has washed ashore and wakes up in an Australian or New Zealand and tries to explain his story to a confused doctor. However as we listen closer to his story it becomes clear that our hero has ingested some hallucinogens as well as being stationed outside of area 51. So it's a confusing combination of alien abduction and a hard core acid/ dee em tee trip. "Blotter got right on top of me, got me seein, E mother****** T"

10 to 2 am, X, yogi Dee Em Tee, and a box of krispy kreme's in my "need to know" pose just outside of area 51, contemplating the whole chosen people thingy when just then a flaming stealth banana split the sky like one would hope but never really expect to see in a place like this. Cutting right angle donuts on a dime and stopping right at my birkinstocks, and me yelping "holy f***in' s**t!"

Then the X file being, looking like some kinda blue green Jackie chan, with Isabella Rossellini lips, and breath that reeked of vanilla chig champa, did a slow mo matrix decent outta the butt end of the banana vessel, and hovered above my bug eyes, my gaping jaw, and my sweaty L. Ron Hubbard upper lip and all I could think was, "I hope uncle martin here doesn't notice that I pissed my fu**** pants!!"

So light in his way, like an apparition, he'd had me crying out...
"F*** me!
It's gotta be
The dead head
Chemistry
The blotter got right on top o' me
Got me seeing E motherfu**** T!"

And after calming me down with some orange slices and some fetal spooning, E.T. revealed to me his singular purpose. He said. "you are the chosen one. The one who will deliver the message. A message of hope for those who choose to hear it, and a warning for those who do not." Me! The chosen one. They chose me!!!! And I didn't even graduate from #in' high school!!

(You'd better listen)

Then he looked right through me with somniferous almond eyes
Don't even know what that means
Must remember to write it down
This is so real
Like the time Dave floated away
See, my heart is pounding. cuz this # never happens to me.

Can't breathe right now.

It was so real
Like I woke up in Wonderland
All sorta terrifying
I don't wanna be alone
While I tell this story
And can anyone tell me why y'all sound like peanuts parents?
Will I ever be coming down?
This is so real
Finally it's my lucky day
See, my heart is racing cuz this s**t never happens to me

Can't breathe right now.

You believe me don't you?
Please believe what I've just said
See, the dead ain't touring and this wasn't all in my head
See they took me by the hand
And invited me right in
Then they showed me something
I don't even know where to begin

Strapped down to my bed
Feet cold and eyes red
I'm out of my head
Am I alive? Am I dead?
Can't remember what they said
God damn, s**t the bed

Overwhelmed as one would be placed in my position
Such a heavy burden now to be the one
Born to bear and bring to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see
But I forgot my pen
S**t the bed again
Typical

Strapped down to my bed
Feet cold and eyes red
I'm out of my head
Am I alive? Am I dead.
Sun kissed and Sudafed
Gyroscopes and infrared
Won't help. I'm brain dead
Can't remember what they said
God damn, s**t the bed

Chaos A.D.
Tanks on the streets
Confronting police
Bleeding the plebs
Raging crowd
Burning cars
Bloodshed stars
Who'll be alive?!

Chaos A.D.
Army in siege
Total alarm
I'm sick of this
Inside the state
War is created
No man's land
What's this #?!

Refuse/resist
Refuse

Chaos A.D.
Disorder unleashed
Starting to burn
Starting to lynch
Silence means death
Stand on your feet
Inner fear
Your worst enemy

Refuse/resist

Good Pick.

The biggest conspiracy of all? Religion that leads to social biases and prejudices which leads to all sorts of conflicts as well as death from non-action.

The song is about a woman who died from AIDS.

Civil War by Guns N' Roses is a great song surrounding conspiracy.

www.youtube.com...

"What we've got here is failure to
communicate.
Some men you just can't reach...
So, you get what we had here last week,
which is the way he wants it!
Well, he gets it!
N' I don't like it any more than you men." *

Look at your young men fighting
Look at your women crying
Look at your young men dying
The way they've always done before

Look at the hate we're breeding
Look at the fear we're feeding
Look at the lives we're leading
The way we've always done before

My hands are tied
The billions shift from side to side
And the wars go on with brainwashed pride
For the love of God and our human rights
And all these things are swept aside
By bloody hands time can't deny
And are washed away by your genocide
And history hides the lies of our civil wars

D'you wear a black armband
When they shot the man
Who said "Peace could last forever"
And in my first memories
They shot Kennedy
I went numb when I learned to see
So I never fell for Vietnam
We got the wall of Deceased to remind us all
That you can't trust freedom
When it's not in your hands
When everybody's fightin'
For their promised land

And
I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war

Look at the shoes your filling
Look at the blood we're spilling
Look at the world we're killing
The way we've always done before
Look in the doubt we've wallowed
Look at the leaders we've followed
Look at the lies we've swallowed
And I don't want to hear no more

My hands are tied
For all I've seen has changed my mind
But still the wars go on as the years go by
With no love of God or human rights
'Cause all these dreams are swept aside
By bloody hands of the hypnotized
Who carry the cross of homicide
And history bears the scars of our civil wars

"WE PRACTICE SELECTIVE ANNIHILATION OF MAYORS AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
FOR EXAMPLE TO CREATE A VACUUM
THEN WE FILL THAT VACUUM
AS POPULAR WAR ADVANCES
PEACE IS CLOSER" **

I don't need your civil war
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
And I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
I don't need your civil war
Your power hungry sellin' soldiers
In a human grocery store
Ain't that fresh
I don't need your civil war
I don't need one more war

I don't need one more war
Whaz so civil 'bout war anyway

With just a cursoy looking over of the pages, I have not noticed any listing of ministry, almost all their music has, at least, elements of conspiracy topics.

www.youtube.com...

The above song has the complete MIC speech by Eisenhower in it.
Also notable by Ministry are Rio Grande blood and one of their new ones Ghoul digger about conspiracy within the music industry.

www.youtube.com...

The above (Clutch, burning beards) is pretty interesting he hits on several conspiracy topics in kind of veiled, symbolic language. At about 3:07 he says "break the glass ceiling & golden parachute on down" a very good description of the 2008 crash but the song was written well before this....enjoy.
