Times Square Police Presence!

I took a trip to NYC this morning for some business and instead of driving I took the bus into the port authority terminal at 42 and 8th.

When I got out of the terminal I walked up 42nd towards 7th and all along 42nd E there were NYPD cars parked diagionally and the officers were standing outside their cars looking across the street. I just kept about my business and didn't ask any questions. Anyone have any idea what this was. Were they filming a pride commercial or something.

There were at least 50-80 cars there.

It wasn't by the studio though. It was on 42nd St. between 8th and Broadway. It was so weird because as I started to walk alond 42nd half the block was already full and as I walked towards 7th they just kept backing up diagionally on the sidewalk.

It was on the side of the street where Chevys is and the BB King eatery.
