Go back in time and watch Scrubs! lol

Have you heard of Haven?

There is also Once Upon a Time. I love the Evil Queen so much more than Snow White!

You could also go for Andromeda, if you haven't seen it. It's a few years old, but I liked it a lot.

If you like Supernatural, you may like CW's show Arrow. Its pretty good but only has one season to watch with another on the way this fall. Its darker than other CW hero shows. He actually shoots and kills people with those arrows which took a little getting used to. It has a good plot, outlining his experiences on the island that made him into a hero which is spread out throughout the whole season.

Another good one I liked was a mid-season replacement called The Cape. Its another super hero show about a guy who uses a trick cape to try to fight crime and try to clear his name. What really makes this one worth watching is it features Summer Glau who sports some absolutely AMAZING outfits in the later episodes. It was cancelled before completing a whole season but, its worth the watch.

I watch very, very little TV. The odd Duck Dynasty or Wildman (while I am online).

But the Soprano's? It is the greatest series ever conceived. It was a gift from God, chiseled from pure perfection. I have watched all 6 seasons several times.

I watch Under the Dome. No one mentioned Wilfred? I think I'm alone in liking this one. I find it very amusing

Deadliest Catch, Life Below Zero are my current addictions. I have watched Deadliest Catch from the get go and it continues to be a favorite. If you check it out watch the beginning forward, it is the people that keep me coming back. Life Below Zero also has some really interesting people. I spend part of the shows wondering what makes people like them tick. Sue in particular, she is 50 and lives alone in a place accessible only by plane, and she is not a pilot.

How about these;

X Files
The Outer Limits (90's)
Charles in Charge

V (80's)
Bones
Ice Road Truckers
American Dad

Shout out to South Park for laughs and crude humor.

Luther - because most modern cop shows are too shiny and, frankly, not dark enough.........

I am quite liking The White Queen as well - War of the Roses, a little Game of Thrones-ey but based on reality.

ETA:

A few years old now, but what the hell:

The IT Crowd

Garth Merenghi's Darkplace (weird genius homage to rubbish 80's hospital telly with a sci-fi twist).

You might want to give Six feet under a try, it's not at all sci fi, but I found it on par with most of the shows you mentioned.

Under the dome is 5 episodes in and hasn't lost me yet, but man it's teetering on going into the trash bin with falling skies.

Am I the only twisted one that like Dexter here?

I see several good mentions above. Looks like the ATS crowd thinks alike!

Honestly, if you're that bored with your shows, just turn the tube off. I'm not going to go on an anti-TV rant, but really almost all the shows listed in this thread are the same thing. Bad drama with bad acting. You're a smart fellow, how about writing a book/screenplay yourself in your spare time? Surely you can come up with better stories than "medieval people stab each other" or "drug drama". I'd give them a read.
