Absolutely correct.

After about the 1950s, the newly formed CIA, using thier newly imported Nazi/Gestapo/SS crew with fresh information gained from the likes of Dr. Mengele and his horrific research experiments on concentration camp prisoners, they began working on a new tact: electromagnetic stimulation and manipulation of the brain.

Apparently, some experiments of this type had been carried out as early as the 1930s, and some of this information likely was the inspiration for some of the more gruesome experiments conducted by the Nazis.

It was soon learned that electric stimulation of various parts of the brain via implanted electrodes allowed control of various body functions and brain activity. Further research found that the brain recieved and reacted to electromagnetic energy on extremely low wavelengths. Experiments were conducted and found that using specifically built transmitting equipment, it was possible to transmit a signal to the human brain and simulate (internally to the victim) visual and audio sensations.

These experiments led to the creation of the myth of alien/government mind control and the attempt by some people to use tinfoil hats to block government signals. Most of these people were ruled as insane (undoubtedly, such experiments rendered these people with brain damage, therefore making them insane).

There is a high likelihood that these people were not crazy, and thier experiences may well have been true!!!

The uses for this kind of technology (at the time limited to individual targets), aside from mental manipulation of hapless women for sexual purposes, was the creation of "Manchurian Candidates", unsuspecting people living normal lives who at a moments notice could become a terrorist or assassin, as the need warranted.

There are rumors of "Project Open Eye", which was just as described above, a set of preprogrammed operators living in normal society waiting for an initiation signal to go on a rampage to destroy either a general target or a specific target for assassination.

Remember the "Texas 7" that escaped from the Connolly Federal Prison in South Texas, right before/during the 2000 election? They escaped as a group, heavily armed, taking down a sporting goods store, procuring even more armaments. Now, if a group breaks prison in south Texas, what is the logical course of action? Split up and make it across the border very quickly. What did they do? They stayed together as a group and moved northward away from the border. All indications were that they were very dangerous and would be extremely difficult to capture.

What happened? All but one (who committed suicide) surrendered without a shot.

My interpretation is that this group was programmed while in federal prison as an assassin squad, and were "released" as a potential backup plan... when the election was finally resolved, they were caught with no problems at all.

The next generation of all this research into brain affecting technology lays in Gakona Alaska and underground in Colorado, with project HAARP. HAARP is known to operate in the frequency range required for such brain affecting transmissions, and has done so in the past. The ultimate goal.... that is the question....

I have personally seen a working example that functions perfectly in norwegian lab rats. You can basically drive 10 of these guys around the building's hallways with no problem at all. I would not be surprised that such research began in the early 30's, considering that Moniz first practiced the lobotomy in 1934. This was a great time in the history of psychiatry, because several new advances were being made in the treatment of mental disorders--- including Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). The medical-scientific community, during that time, was incredibly focused on brain research. Cortical mapping studies were also being conducted. Even our mental disorders started to take on brain-focused nomenclature (i.e. "minimal brain dysfunction" for ADHD).

My point is that the development of a secret electronic mind control program was entirely within the realm and scope of medical science at the time.

Currently, Dr. Michael Persinger is conducting similar experiments (implanting thoughts) using electromagnetic waves at his university laboratory in Canada. He only practices on willing volunteers, and the procedure involves no surgery at all. The volunteers wear a special helmet which directs the waves into the skull, to certain points in the brain. They often report having feelings of a presence in the room, of seeing white lights, things of that nature-- depends on where the waves are directed, I think.

Just a point of professional clarity on this, no offense at all intended-(i'm also a perpetual professor)- the "insanity" that they displayed was likely implanted using directed hypnosis & drugs, not due to brain damage.

The brain is extremely resilient, and generally compensates well to minimal traumatic injury (particularly in younger subjects- even with implants being involved). There are many folks who have suffered traumatic brain injuries from car accidents, etc who display no signs of psychopathology, but DO show neuropsychological "red flags". These red flags indicate a portion of the brain has been damaged- but usually are not manifested as mental disorders. Thus, I'm inclined to think that they were targetted/conditioned/induced as "mentally ill" by the folks that did the original experiment, but I do not believe that the brain damage itself brought out those pathological characteristics. What a long-winded point- sorry!!! LOL

Anyways, where is the relevance to the Skull and Bones? These are the individuals who are controlling this technology, folks. Don't forget that more than 20 US presidents have been S & B members. They consider themselves to be "illuminated". The HAARP project has illuminati written all over it. It's location is in a great place designed to keep people away. It is funded by the US Govt. Indeed, there is documentation of Russian research into not just the transfer of mental information by electromagnetic means, but actual genetic information (one experiment involved transmitting a wave form containing duck DNA into a chicken egg... when the egg hatched, it was a cross breed between chicken and duck)

Likewise, this patent to allow the inventor the exclusive right to create, and market, the technology to use certain frequencies for "inducement into the brain" prove the technology exists and is being used in one form or another for Mind Control. Im not a psychologist, but I do personally know someone who has been diagnosed with MPD (multiple personality disorder), and ritual abuse was in fact associated (the person had been sexually abused as a child by family members and multiple other people).

I didnt know exactly what the affects of MPD were (indeed, had no information on it at the time whatsoever) but after being around this person for some time, I witnessed some VERY strange occurrences...

The CIA was first with news out of Jonestown, reporting the mass suicides. The suicides followed an attack, ordered by Jones, on a party led by Congressman Leo Ryan, in Guyana to investigate alleged human rights abuses at Jonestown. The gunmen struck at Port Kaituma airfield, as the Ryan party was preparing to depart. Ryan was assassinated in the attack. Four others died as well. Several more were shot, including Reiterman, then a reporter for the San Francisco Examiner. Among the wounded was U.S. embassy official Richard Dwyer.

Did Dwyer stroll back to Jonestown after the airstrip assault? Was he there during the massacre? Reportedly, at one point on a tape recorded as the killings began, Jones's own voice commands, "Get Dwyer out of here!" There is a strong significance to this- considering that many of these bloodlines involve inbreeding & incest. So when you have "highly respectible" young men revealing these deepest secrets, it creates a loyalty that is perpetuated by their fear of that information being made public. It really compartmentalises the loyalty, as if it were to God himself. Think about it, most people don't go to therapists, they go to family, friends or to church to talk about it. And if it is a socially-forbidden secret, maybe the church won't even find out. But the S & B will !

Keep in mind though that the S & B have a lifetime of conditioning, so by the time they get to the college level, this shift will not have as traumatic an affect.

They may be coerced and lied to about it. Something like, "don't even think about lying, don't forget that we control knowledge". Either that or they tell you that if they ever find out you lied or withheld, they go public with the information. Sort of a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. That's my best guess with regard to forced confessions.

That's really the critical question, why. Perhaps to promote the brotherhood notion (although Jenna Bush is going to Yale- I wonder if she will be S & B). Or maybe after the initial 'shock' it all becomes normalized, "Hey that happened to me too, look how much we have in common".

On the other hand, if you get into Illuminati lore, these confessions could be seen as a way to ensure that the bloodlines are staying pure. This way marriages can be arranged, etc. They get tips from each other on various sexual practices, perhaps blend all of that into some form of satanic ritual. The process of sharing brings them together emotionally, which better facilitates them making ritual sacrifices together, perhaps.

Of course, it could be much simpler. The enormously wealthy want to remain enormously wealthy and associate with only those of equal wealth.

While I'm inclined to believe the Illuminati connection, its tough to confirm! We have to keep our eyes peeled!
