This is true.
But so is this:

The Obama Department of Justice made no attempt to stop blatant threats against George Zimmerman, according to one of the people who helped make those threats. Despite issuing a widely publicized threat against Zimmerman last year, the New Black Panther Party was never contacted by the Department of Justice according to a statement from a NBPP spokesman.

These threats were made openly, and one of the people involved with making them seems to be proud that the Holder DOJ never even questioned them about it.

But, apparently, the Holder DOJ is considering filing charges against Zimmerman for civil rights violations in Trayvon Martin's death..... even though the FBI(after an investigation) says that racial profiling was not involved in the Zimmerman case.
ETA:
But don't be Ted Nugent... and make an offhand comment about the President (that wasn't even threatening) OR you will get investigated by the Secret Service.
