It was always hard believing Assad could be stupid enough to use chemical weapons against anybody –not unless his defeat really was, immediately imminent.
The chemical weapons Syria has, serve Syria far more effectively simply by existing inside their steel shells. This because (if Assad’s government does collapse) Obama & McCain’s buddies in Al-Qaeda, will end up possessing WMD's both chemical & biological. This surely being a far bigger threats to the streets of Israel, Europe and the West generally, than these weapons being under the control of a single chief like Assad. This being a primary reason why after Gulf War One, Saddam was left in power.

However: I did think it possible a Syrian Commander, allied to Assad’s forces might have unilaterally used these weapons because e.g. he’s surrounded a bunch of Islamic Cannibals wishing to eat his heart out…

Until I Read This…

Evidence studied by Russian scientists indicates that a projectile carrying the deadly nerve agent sarin was most likely fired at Khan al-Assal by the rebels, Churkin pointed out.
“It was determined that on March 19 the rebels fired an unguided missile Bashair-3 at the town of Khan al-Assal, which has been under government control. The results of the analysis clearly show that the shell used in Khan al-Assal was not factory made and that it contained sarin,” he said.
Churkin added that the contents of the shell “didn’t contain chemical stabilizers in the toxic substance,”and therefore “is not a standard chemical charge.” The RDX - an explosive nitroamine commonly used for industrial and military applications - found in the warhead was not consistent with what the armed forces use.
According to Moscow, the manufacture of the ‘Bashair-3’ warheads started in February, and is the work of Bashair al-Nasr, a brigade with close ties to the Free Syrian Army.

The Syrian government invited chief UN chemical weapons investigator Ake Sellstrom and UN disarmament chief Angela Kane for talks in Damascus on Monday, announcing that a rebels-linked storage site containing piles of dangerous chemicals had been discovered.
“The Syrian authorities have discovered yesterday in the city of Banias 281 barrels filled with dangerous, hazardous chemical materials,” Syrian UN Ambassador Bashar Ja’afari said, adding that the chemicals were “capable of destroying a whole city, if not the whole country.” rt.com...

I wonder which state sponsors of terrorism, are supplying Syria’s rat bag, terrorist coalitions with the industrial chemicals needed for chemical weapons?

Turkish security forces found a 2kg cylinder with sarin gas after searching the homes of Syrian militants from the Al-Qaeda linked Al-Nusra Front who were previously detained, Turkish media reports. The gas was reportedly going to be used in a bomb.
The sarin gas was found in the homes of suspected Syrian Islamists detained in the southern provinces of Adana and Mersia following a search by Turkish police on Wednesday, reports say. The gas was allegedly going to be used to carry out an attack in the southern Turkish city of Adana.
On Monday, Turkish special anti-terror forces arrested 12 suspected members of the Al-Nusra Front, the Al-Qaeda affiliated group which has been dubbed "the most aggressive and successful arm” of the Syrian rebels. The group was designated a terrorist organization by the United States in December. rt.com...

France, Britain, and America NOT Biased…

Damascus initially asked the UN to investigate, but protested when Russian and Chinese experts wereexcluded from the investigation team over concerns of bias. Previous statements by Carla Del Ponte, head of a UN commission of inquiry that looked into the March 19 incident, suggested that the rebels used chemical weapons, not the Syrian government. The way the Syrian conflict is played out on the international stage displays the stranglehold that Washington enjoys over the United Nations, as investigation and testimony seen to be unfavorable to the US position has been suppressed, overlooked or outright blocked. rt.com...

After all: It’s hardly like these nations would lie to their own people about what the West was fighting for!!! It was Putin who said Saddam didn’t have WMD’s, that Afghanistan and Libya would create more anarchy than good. So it’s the regime of Putin that is not to be trusted, whilst the regimes of Britain & America are Pravda!

You should check out my recent thread about this issue: Russia Says It Was the Syrian Rebels Who Used Chemical Weapons

Al Qaeda was also busted recently in Iraq actually making chemical weapons then we read about Al Nursa (Al Qaeda) in Turkey being busted with the gas and then neighboring Syria all the sudden has chemical weapons being used, low tech weapons, but of course all the blame is placed on Assad and surprisingly enough its the UN who finds it may have been the "rebels" who did it.

There was a thread about a youtube video posted awhile back in which a Syrian rebel is shown gassing rabbits and making threats. That was convincing enough for me to place the blame solely on the Rebels as they have practically admitted guilt with such videos. Assad isn't stupid enough to give the west an excuse to intervene in the conflict, and the rebels are smart enough to know that if they could use chemical weapons and make it ambiguous enough to be pinned on Assad, they'd have exactly what they wanted. That would appear to be precisely what has happened (in my view at least).

How did this whole uprising start anyway?

It began as part of the "Arab Spring". Peaceful protest in an effort to remove Assad and change the government. Assad made assurances that he would try to address some of the peoples concerns, but many Syrians wanted complete regime change and protests turned violent. As Assad cracked down, things escalated until they became what we see in Syria today. Thats a very simplified summary of course, and you'd be best served by reading about the history of the conflict yourself from various sources

Most Syrians want things back the way they were, But for the FSA its too late, they allowed Al Qaeda to infiltrate their country, they have sold their people for false freedoms and democracy. Look at Libya and Egypt, worse economy, crime rate skyrocketed and especially for Libya, they lost all their luxuries.

Now Al qaeda is killing the FSA, and soon they will exist only by name.

I've always said, I'd rather prosper and live safely in a dictatorship than to starve and suffer in a democracy, and hell not even real democracy, a false democracy which elects clowns that never represent me, clowns that serve the elites and their 1 world bank agenda
