Where did the Writing Contests go?

I feel terrible about the whole writing contest issue.

Unfortunately summer is a really busy time for me and I just haven't had the free time in the last month or so to get anything off the ground.

You know, I'm thinking maybe something espionage-esque? I have some free time today.

=D an art contest/ digital art show is out of the question for now then too. I think it would be interesting if a mod or someone came up with a random theme and had artists take that theme and post what they come up with in a thread with the most stars being the winner or something along them lines. Same thing can go for people that write as well or play music

The debate forum is overseen by mods yet the users (debaters/members) generate much of the content with mod approval.

Could we humble little members do the same thing?

We just wrapped up the art contest for Myths and Legends. Wasn't as much participation as I was hoping. I think we have already planned on the Halloween one....so stay tuned.

To be honest I wasnt even aware such forums or topics and things to this nature even existed until recently. I am glad I know now though I have so much content I was recently inspired to start posting and would love to be involved in such things, guess I got wrapped to far around other topics on this site to find something that is even more meaningful to me, and thank you for the info!
