I get such a kick out of people that have to announce their last threads on ATS....I dedicate this to them!!!

Don't let the fact I only have appeared to be here as a poster a short time get in the way that I have been coming to ATS for 7 years now. I am qualified to speak about morons that have to announce "their so-called last threads".

I've been a member only a short time, but I've been coming here for years and I have never encountered such threads : / I have seen threads like that on other websites though and I can never understand why some people post them.

It's different when a very public member of the community who contributes a lot to the website leaves, they usually have lots of followers and their announcements are usually well written, meaningful and positive.

Then you have all the others you've never heard from... They barely contribute or participate in any discussion but someone how feel as though a big, over emotional, spelling mistake ridden post is in order. They whine and cry, bash everyone around them and leave...

Well see that is where you are mistaken...I am not here to make friends...so tell me again how writing a "last thread" will greatly impact my life.

Actually "goodbye" threads are against T&C.

I think they have been able to fly when the person is dying, or something. There have been several of those over the years. (See, you aren't the only ones who lurk).
