Kidnapped quite the exaggeration as he was 'arrested'.
Ultimately tho think people should let the Boston Bombing victims decide what to do.
Kidnapping because the State, the US, not the military industrial arm should have custody of Tsarnaev. The Police, the Feds, whichever homeland agency
they want to use for bringing it to court, and then the prosecutor, they have custody.
They have the rights to detain and try him in the court of law.
Sending him anywhere outside the land of the US in my opinion is the equivalent to kidnapping. As they are not meant for this on US soil.
If the State was invaded and military courts were held to try anyone aiding the invaders I see how this could be completely reasonable. It just
hasn't happened this way though.
