If you mean the title PHA then That would be F & AM (Free & Accepted Masons) . If you mean after the Craft degrees , then it would be no different than anyone else , they may petition the York Rite degrees , the Scottish Rite Degrees (and the Shrine if they are so inclined ) .

But after deciphering some of your posts I am sure you will come back with some off the wall remark .
