A shooting has been reported near the campus of Southern California's Santa Monica College. Santa Monica police Sgt. Rudy Flores several victims are down and the shooter is also believed to be down. Flores says numerous witness called to report a man on a street corner shooting at vehicles including a bus. The location is about three miles from where President Barack Obama is appearing at a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee. "We are aware of the incident and it is not impacting the visit," deputy assistant director of the Secret Service Edwin Donovan said. "It's a local police matter at this point."

This is currently developing at the moment. I wonder can posses someone to shot at random people. Hopefully it's over now.

And apparently, quoting from a much faster forum which has a thread about this, and from people listening to the scanner band

'POTUS motorcade diverted, will not go to Santa Monica Apt, will go to LAX, route transmitted on open channel'.

Twitter says multiple shooters and 3 or 4 victims I think?

What can cause this?

How about what stops everyone from doing it, then work backwards.

I'm listening to the radio scanner and they said they have one guy in custody and are looking into unconfirmed reports of a second shooter/suspect .

And here we go, suddenly every minor incident in the area begins to become a part of the conspiracy, and in a week we'll all be arguing about who dropped a cigarette butt on a street two miles away and was given a ticket, and how that PROVES is was a false flag

"Gunman opens fire at California community college"

"A shooting has been reported near the campus of Southern California's Santa Monica College"

Doesn't seem to match. Fine reporting, as usual.

The gunman got off at least one shot inside the campus library, several witnesses told CNN affiliate KCAL/KCBS.

That would seem to be on campus.

Calls began coming into authorities at about 11:55 a.m. (2:55 p.m. ET) that there was a man holding several weapons and firing into cars and a bus near the college, Joslin said.

Government agency programming?

The more of these random incidents that happen the more I am convinced it is either a government programmed operative or a deep cover member of one of the ABC agencies. These shootings seem to almost happen at very coincidental times of either national debate or scandals.

They also have a tendency to happen in gun-free zones or places that have severe restrictions on firearms.

Just sayin'

What has that to do with the question about whether the fire at the house or the packages he's reported to have dropped have been mentioned on the scanner again?

The 'all black' look is popular amongst the mind-controlled gunmen.  It's one of the indications that this is probably another covert op.

smdp.com...
CBS News is reporting that a worker on campus heard dozens of gunshots ...
There were unconfirmed reports of a man seen shooting at cars and a Big Blue Bus just before noon near the corner of Pico and Cloverfield boulevards. It is believed the shootings are related. The shooter reportedly had a shotgun and a handgun.
One student told KCAL 9 News that there were two gunmen, including a white male with dreadlocks wearing all black. Officers were searching the 38-acre campus for a possible second gunman.

----------

losangeles.cbslocal.com...
KNX 1070's Margaret Carrero reports the shooting initially began at a residence near the campus. ...
A neighbor who was struck in the shoulder described hearing shots fired along Kansas Avenue between Stewart and Yorkshire, where Carrero reported a house was set on fire around the same general time of reports of shots fired at Santa Monica College.
The victim told Carrero she saw a man dressed all in black with a semiautomatic weapon in his hand and a belt full of ammunition around his waist. The victim said the man “looked official” and did not have his face covered, according to Carrero.
“He did apparently carjack a woman at gunpoint and took off from the scene,” Carrero said.
A Santa Monica fire official told the Associated Press two men were found dead in the burned home near the scene.

"Looked official?"  Maybe military, or a contractor.  Did one shooter take off in a vehicle, and was another arrested in the college library?

-----------

blogs.kcrw.com...
Shots were reported off campus as well as inside the library. Students who were in the library at the time told KCRW they heard ten to 15 shots being fired.  ...
KCRW News Director Gary Scott reported that at about 12:30 on Pearl Street between 17th and 20th streets he witnessed two police officers standing over the body of a man with dark hair wearing dark clothes and no shoes. The police were not attempting to resuscitate the man. ...
[a victim, or a perpetrator?]
A witness at Pico Boulevard and Cloverfield told KCRW’s Steve Chiotakis that she saw a man dressed all in black with gloves, belt and boots, who was shooting straight ahead of him, not aiming at anyone. She said the man’s clothing made it look like he was in the military.
Another witness, Eve Garibay, said she saw a man get out of the passenger side of a car at the corner of Pico and Cloverfield boulevards, and begin shooting in different directions.  “I didn’t know if there was a gang issue or someone just openly, randomly shooting at people. ...”

If someone drove the shooter to the site then it is definitely a conspiracy.  Watch for the story to coalesce into another 'lone gunman' any time now.

Update:

losangeles.cbslocal.com...
A man dressed entirely in black, with the words “Life is a Gamble” on the back of his sweatshirt, was seen being taken into custody by law enforcement officers, the Associated Press reported. ....
Jimes Gillespie, 20, told The Associated Press he was in the college’s library studying when he heard gunfire, and he and dozens of other students began fleeing the three-story building.
“As I was running down the stairs I saw one of the gunmen,” said Gillespie, who described the shooter as a white man in his 20s, wearing cornrows in his hair and black overalls. He said the man was carrying a shotgun. Gillespie believes there were two shooters because he heard two kinds of gunfire — a shotgun and a handgun — but only saw one person, according to the Associated Press.

So at least one of the shooters survived.

------------

smdp.com...
Gillespie believes he saw the gunman, who he described as a white man with cornrows. ...
Officers were seen escorting an Asian man in black in handcuffs.

----------

There appear to be at least three different weapons at the scene, indicative of a least one more gunman.

www.cnn.com...
An eyewitness at the campus, Jason Garrett, told CNN the suspected shooter was dressed all in black and appeared to be wearing a tactical vest. The man appeared to be carrying an AR-15 rifle, Garrett said.
A female witness -- who was shaken up by the ordeal and asked not to identified -- said she heard a noise, realized it was a gunshot, then took off running.
Then, in a hallway, she saw a dark-haired man whom she initially mistook for a police officer but later realized was the shooter. The man -- who she said was wearing black combat boots and what appeared to be a bullet-proof vest -- was quiet and walking casually
"(He had) a big shotgun," the woman said.

Note:  Other witnesses said a gunman was firing a pistol, so that adds up to three different weapons.

In Mar Vista, authorities reported that there was an ongoing SWAT operation as of 5:10 p.m. that may be connected to the investigation into the rampage.
