Hello. I finally took the plunge and signed up.

Hello everyone. I have been going to sign up here for a couple of years now, but the User Agreement really scared me away. So yes I read it. At first I thought meeting the FBI was scary. Then I thought that the user agreement was worst than being back in government service, but it was worst than that so I just blew it off and didn't sign up. I just turned 70 in April so I decided to take the plunge and signed up. But I am almost afraid to post after reading it again. I guess it's all that government training giving me a guilty conscious. So I guess I will only use my first name and give some credentials here and now so I will not have to keep repeating them. I will use only the end product titles and not any in between steps and save the stories for later.

I am a Retired Special Agent USACIDC. I am a 10 year veteran of the Air Force, but Retired from the US Army. I am a retired Chief of Police. I am a Retired Civil Air Patrol Group Commander. I am a Retired MUFON State Section Director. I am a Retired Director for the Center for UFO and Paranormal Research (CIUFOPR), but still maintain a forum on the internet for it. I am a Retired Private Investigator. I am a Retired NBC Consultant and State Radiological Monitoring Instructor. Now some of these jobs ran concurrent and some retirements were voluntary after three heart attacks and one failed emergency open heart surgery. I died and was not suppose to live over it all. I am still cancelling all those parties celebrating my demise and I don't have a tub full of pensions either. Some jobs paid zero and some jobs had no retirement benefits so I have only a military pension and Social Security.

I met John Lear over two decades ago while on an investigation in Houston, Texas. I made a little side trip and went to hear him talk at one of his scheduled presentations on "UFO Are Real". I was very impressed with him and met and talked with him after his presentation. I hope this is enough for the introduction.

Welcome to the community. I think you'll fit in pretty well. I can say with certainty, you're the only one I have heard of that has read that thing. I guess that makes you a pretty thorough person. With those kinds of credentials who wouldn't be. But anyway that's good we need that people like you. Hope all those hard times are behind you.

Your job resume is very impressive; you said you are 70 years old now; so I am thinking your above work history happened over a period of around 45 years?

Actually my work history began when I was 16 years old. I enlisted in the Air Force in 1961 at 18 yrs old. I was assigned to SAC and started loading nuclear weapons on B-47s in 1962 and then on B-52s and later on B-58s. then loaded conventionals on B-52s to bomb for ARC Light i.e. Cambodia (Vietnam). Been working straight through from 1958 to 1995 when I retired last due to health problems.

You know that I have never taken a vacation. I guess if I had wanted to be rich I would have done something other than law enforcement and the military. I have met a lot of people that were rich and they said that they were miserable. Well I am poor and I have been very happy in all my jobs.

I will throw out a bone every once in a while. Todays bone is that I have met 5 aliens and they weren't Mexicans. I will not answer any questions on this so don't ask. I feel gracious tonight. I will give out an extra bone. They were not all Greys.

Let me make a comment on your "Crazy" statement. Much better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6. I have never complained when someone says that I am crazy. In fact you want everyone on your Jury to think that you are crazy. Get my drift? Remember every time you call someone crazy you are just helping their case for later down the road.

While the government can maintain Plausible Deniability you are either lying or are crazy.

After many years I am back. I have been really busy and the older you get the fear of disappearing diminishes a little more every year that they release anything. Now I have some time and I am now 80 years old, a 100% Disabled Veteran and recently legally blind and quit driving. Since I don't know how long I have left to live the fear of dying or forgetting without telling anyone anything is on my mind. I will release a little more information. Maybe not all, but some.

1. I want to re-emphasize some of my previously mentioned positions because it has been years since I first posted. I am a retired Chief of Police Brigadier General. A retired Special Agent and Chief of Investigative Services (CIS) and retired from the U.S. Army. I am a retired Private Investigator. I am a retired MUFON State Section Director and UFO Field Investigator. I am also a retired CIUFOPR Director. My military 20 + years was divided in 3 parts. SAC Nuclear Weapons Specialist. TAC Security Police Supervisor for Air Base Ground Defense and U.S. Army Special Agent CID for USACIDC. I am a retired Mayor. I am a retired Voluntary Fireman and Fire Marshal. Some of these positions overlapped because I did what I wanted to on my own time. I am an Admiral in the Texas Navy and much more.

2. I have had assignments where I have guarded 2 Presidents, 3 Secretaries of Defense, 2 Secretaries of the Army, 2 Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, 1 Foreign President and several Generals, and 2 Space Shuttles. On one assignment I was a Counter Sniper for President Reagan. I have done many things that I have had titles for, but did not retire from.

3. General Colin Powell, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, gave me a Chrismas Present once. It was a set of cuff links and tie bar with his flag of office on them.

4. I had above Top Secret Clearance. The Expiration Date on my Military ID Card now reads "Indefinate".

5. I am officially running for President of the United States. I need a Campaign Manager and a Sugar Daddy. Anyone that wasts to discuss this may email [email protected]

6. I am furniishing the above information to establish credibility in the event that I want to say something and I can prove all of my statements.

Now for a couple tidbits of Information. Black unmarked helicopters really do exist. I have met 3 Grey Aliens, 2 Reptilian Aliens and 1 Energy of Light Being Alien. I was abducted once by Grey Aliens while a Special Agent. They downloaded information into my brain which I think makes me a half ass expert on the subject. X is the unknown and spurt is a little drlp under pressure.

Maybe i will answer some questions and maybe I won't??? Depends on how I am treated. I am not trying to convience anyone of anything. I may even tell some interesting stories some time. I will try to come up with an Avitar also.

Welcome and I understand if you don't want to answer questions.

As you may have noticed we UFO amateur investigators are discussing the recent (cough) disclosures of non-human biologics and reverse engineered craft and such with in my opinion with no specifics at all.

Question: Can you explain to all of us why this move for what they term disclosure at this time and why are no specifics given?
