How nice of ya to comment...Yeah I love that song as well...funny thing the lyrics are kinda depressing but the music is up beat...That song brings back good memory's for me...And yes Salsa is awesome I love the smell of it when your chopping and dicing it all up...I am gonna make it really hot so all the kids stay outta it and the adults can indulge...LOL...Is that mean of me...chop chop chop....sip sip sip....

Sounds like you got all the stuff for good salsa, unless you want to add some green peppers. Do you use a lot of cilantro? I always found people use to much and it kind of overpowers it. But that is just a taste preference.
I like mine a bit hotter, with a little (very slight) habañero and little chunks of avocado and maybe some mango, but I am weird that way.

Cilantro is definately one of those aquired taste things...I personally used to hate it then all of a sudden BANG!!! I absolutely love it...so what I do is this...I bring the cilantro in a container seprately from the main salsa and then folks can add that if they so choose to do so..

A good idea.
I think that has always been my only real problem with Mexican food is to much cilantro.

It is something I never really acquired a taste for.
But I love salsa!

Good morning... I mean, afternoon everyone.

Happy Fourth to all in U.S.A.

I will be fixing the U.S. favorite food tonight... Hamburgers.


Then I'll sit back and watch all the neighbor's fireworks tonight. They all buy the really huge big ones. No need for me to spend my money, when I see them for free.

I was thinking about going to a local show with all kinds of musicians playing, even a couple of famous groups coming to play, then the fireworks show tonight. But... the weather is calling for rain all day, so I don't think I would enjoy that too much, and trying to get out of all the traffic after it is over is a pain in the booty!

I'll just stay put, get some things done here that I've been putting off, and enjoy myself later today.

Getting my blood flowing now with coffee cup in hand.... Oops! (Drops cup trying to hold, drink, and type at the same time.) Sh**! Now I have to go make another pot, and clean this stain on the carpet!

I really like going to fireworks shows in all, but yes leaving them is a pain!!

We have two cookouts planned...just kinda waitin around to go. We always buy our fireworks the next day when they are cheaper. Rain is in the forecast here as well, but only a 20% chance.

I def don't like hamburgers to be huge like that picture...but I was hungry when I saw it..
I am ok. I could be better, but after I have some drinks...I will be able to just forget everything... for at least a lil while anyway.

The A is where I live the circle is Oxford just over an hour from me

Most years we go to a music festival in Oxford called Cornbury music festival it's held at Tew Park

I spend three days getting wasted and a year being told what a good time I had
