I'd like to think so, but these days ATS is growing pretty fast. It's actually pretty sad honestly. The prestige of this website is being lowered by these bots daily. Probably preparing for some shill or troll contest, who knows.

Thats a bunch. If any introductions are preachy and badly spelled.. or predicting certain doom from mysterious sources.... or is an illuminati and you can ask them anything, I know who they are.

Hhmm, that does seem like quite a lot in so short a time, maybe as was already stated, it is some kids that just found this place.

These things happen these days, the younger generation like to join everything, enmass, just think about all the social sites they are always on.

Though it would not hurt to be a little guarded concerning new members until you feel them out.

I just had an epiphany that I'm kind of a jerk.

Couldn't find any intro threads on my recent post page then realized I had blocked that forum from my recent posts. I must not be very hospitable to newbies. I feel like a bad person now. lol

And, yeah. The intro forum gets spammed a lot by newbies going for their 20 posts. They get a message saying they can only post in intros until getting 20 posts if they try to start a thread so some take that to mean they can ONLY post in that forum.

LOL you know I never associated epiphanies as being negative. But I suppose it is how you feel about being a jerk if it is negative. Not knowing you as well as some of the other Mods I really couldn't say if you are mean mean monkey or not.

I'm probably going to be cyber pooped on for being newer and saying this, but what if more people are just learning about this site and looking for an alternative information source? If you google "Above" this site comes up within a couple links. I heard of this site through a friend a few years back, who then passed it to another friend and myself and the chain goes on and on from there, and it seems there have been a lot of curious people out there lately or even people who sense something feels off with the world which is why the join this community..
