You have to upload it to your ATS uploads. Once you do that click on the pic and below it you will see the option to use it as your avatar. When you click on that it will send you to the page where you set that sort of thing and the right address will already be in the box for your avatar selection. Just click on "Submit" below that and it will be set as your avatar.
