The horror of how bad the droughts worldwide are, are beginning to finally make it to the media-ocracy, but only after the story is so horrible it has hit this level.

How many stories has the U.S. Media run on this drought? Plenty of stories about the nuclear program, but not on the horrible conditions of the North Korean citizens lives...

very sad.

So who do we blame? The North Korean dictatorship or the people who continue to punish civilians for their governments actions? Plus, can this be verified anywhere else?

I'm more interested in the fact that we nightly get stories about the nukes, but nothing about the people. Make sure you hate the country of the enemy, heaven forbid that real people are dying.
