Is this possible. Does your State law precedent above Federal law? If so, why wasn't this done decades ago before the Automatic weapons ban?

Nobody knows what laws mean any more. They just make stuff up that sounds good and enforces it. Look at all the cases where the courts are having to eat crow for their crappy laws and judgements.

If congress exceeded its authority the congressional act is invalid. The same is true for executive orders. The states have a duty to adhere to the constitution, not invalid or unconstitutional laws.

Because this state has b#lls to do it.

I believe all states can make laws against the feds but some needs that grant money from time to time.

All "Laws" are Federal now.

There are no such thing as "State Laws."

Its why in California and other States which have medical purposes for Marijuana, the Fed's still do what they please.

Meaning, they still raid medical clinics and peoples homes.

Unless you know your republic statutes of your state and know the dates and which laws fall under those statutes.

But good luck with that, going through Law Libraries and the internet to find those is like searching for one needle in 20 haystacks.

This is just for show look at the other State laws say for req use and medical use of... should not have to spell it, but as you can see from the laws, the FEDs will always trump states laws, not till someone get the B@!! $ to say enough at the state level.

The States can make all the laws they want, until it goes before the Supreme Court, it the state law(s) will be just for show.
