All the buzz appears to be on account of this one single Youtube video.
I'd say hoax unless corroborating media are soon in evidence. Anything as momentous as what this video purports to be, surely would have been better
documented than by just a single upload to Youtube. Indianapolis is largish city with good views of the sky almost everywhere!

Seems pretty fake to me, like the other poster said the guy does not even flinch when these loud booms are going off.
The guy recorded the whole thing sideways for some reason Then it sounds like he laid some ambient noise on top of the whole thing.
