I may be a little off here myself, but I went over it a couple times and I think I got it right.
The numbers in the picture in the OP are actually wrong (they are not current, the debt is actually over 16 trillion now) AND the last number of 38.50
would actually be 3.85, if you remove 8 zero's from every number. :T
