Points, Colored Bars, Whats Up?

I was wondering why some people on ATS have different colored bars underneath their number of points? And, why some people have 100,000 points, but their bar is shorter than another persons? Valhall has like 316,000 points, yet has no bar whatsoever.

Could someone please explain this whole crazy system to me?

You might note that when you designate yourself New Member Advocate your point bar completely breaks...as my has.

It's been broken for some time...oh well.

Okay, the longer the bar the more posts one has. The more red that bar is, the more applauses they get.

Valhall has just gotten so many Applauses that her bar got beyond the number of available colored image bars, so it just displays as a broken image.

They could have 100,000 points and have less posts than somebody else, because they could have goten alot of applauses or posted more in forums that give more points.

Make good posts, and if a moderator likes it they will applaud you. You then get awarded 250 points, 1 shade darker bar, and a U2U saying youv been applauded and by whom.

Not darker, but brighter!

Bah...big whoop...he knew what I meant.

BTW...Mods have bright orange bars!!
