No, it doesn't but the Gennie is out of the bottle. We can't un-invent the technology but we can attempt to control it's spread. The US and Russia over the past few decades have drastically cut their combined Nuclear arsenals since the height of the Cold War. They both in my opinion could still reduce those numbers even further.

What kind of world would you like to have?
One where every nation [Stable of not] had access to these weapons or a reversal of proliferation till there are no more?
