*regret sleeping with random people.
*regret becoming a parent.
*fall into depression.
*regret a discussion that went wrong with someone.
*lose interest in reality.

I can understand your frustration.
But everything you posted is in fact business as usual.

I don't like it either, but hey, that's just reality.
I'm sure you are already aware of this, but reality is cruel hard place. And if you don't have the will to change your situation yourself, reality will crush you and not think twice.

If you want something, make it so. Otherwise don't be surprised when everything around you continues crumble.
