I think I know who it is.

The sun say 'Top telly star' but I believe this is a 17 year old soap actor who has been charged. That's why he has not been named. He is unlikely to be connected to the recent scandals concerning the BBC in the 70s and 80s.

On the subject of Jim Davidson's comments this seems quite ironic to me coming from a notoriously racist, sexist, homophobe. If he knew of anyone abusing kids he should have spoken up at the time. I'm not sure he knows anything for sure. He seems to have a warped view of anyone homosexual. Personally I think a few has- been stars will be sacrificed by those higher up to divert attention from them.

After the household names like Savile have been relentlessly pushed on us, people will be sick of seeing them and want to forget it all, they will forget about it and think that's as far as it went.

Thats the problem there are 15 celebrities consulting max clifford !

Also I know a radio show which is usually live was pre-recorded today too

I'm sure in the coming days we will hear a few more names getting tossed about.
But getting back to the OP.
Why are the mainstream keeping quiet on the goings on in the Downing Street paedophile ring.
As I said earlier in this thread.
We should all be getting in touch with our local MP's and making sure this thing doesn't get swept aside.

Well he would maybe fit Davidson's description, we will wait and see.

Not at all surprised about the radio show, ( is it 'any questions') ?, the one were politicians make all the right noises and play their parts. All the audience member's questions are pre-screened for suitability and anyone who says anything out of line is turfed out of the studio. Interesting that their usual safeguards were not enough on this occasion!

Well yeah but the thread is really about the paedophile ring inside the British government but its turned into the BBC and Saville thread.
This thread needs to be kept open and mainly on the government issue.
I think they get away with enough.

Isn't that how it works though? Throw a few celebrities under the bus, and all eyes goes to watch. In the mean while any government personel involved get a free pass. If anything the many links in this thread have shown is that as soon as any real leadership names pop up, a celebrity's name pops up and the focus goes there.
