Honestly, with all the cash that the British tax payer are paying to have a policeman stand outside N° 10, you would have at least thought that he would have broken up the fight or called the riot squad in and had them arrested for GBH!

Better still, send the cats to the US so that they can get beaten up by a US cop ;-)
