"New Moon On Monday"

it's not in the title, but it's sung in the song.

Just kidding....

But honestly (although quite heavy and out of left field).. It's got to be this:

Ssumu Hirasawa - Moon time. A big favourite of mine

And let's not forget this one:

Mike Oldfield - Moonlight Shadow

Bark at the Moon by Ozzy is definitely my favorite. I spent many hours in my youth learning every
guitar lick in this song....love Jake E. Lee's fluid style on this album

And the of course this song comes in second....really dig this tune but haven't heard it in years
Thanks for reminding me...

Not trying to usurp the limelight (a song by Rush of course, and not at all related to the theme of this thread)... but I digress:

"Moon Over Bourbon Street"
by Sting

Vampires man... they creep me out. In a good way.

Haha what a trippy video. Awesome song... and oddly catchy

Have to add this one to the thread as well:

I saw it written and I saw it say
Pink moon is on its way
And none of you stand so tall
Pink moon gonna get you all
It's a pink moon
It's a pink, pink, pink, pink, pink moon.

R.I.P. Peter Steele, lead singer of Type-O-Negative.

Much under-rated vocal talent.
In the studio he was tyrannical and uncompromising. Unfortunately, the live shows gained them a bad rep.

Another thing that may have hurt them is the subject matter of some of their songs.
This song for example, if you like it, don't look up the lyrics. Once you realize what it's about you may not like it as much.

Wow D-A, three moons by one artist, good songs too.
Remember this one?

Or,
Alan Wilder of Depeche Mode playing the classic "Moonlight Sonata"
