I personally would like to find out before the baby is born

there's a possibility it could be twins (that's what the genetic evidence shows from Liz's side)
twins skip generations in her family, and it's her turn

if it's twins i dont know what i'm going to do, i can't support 2 kids, i'm barely going to be able to support one
