As for something like Laguna Seca, there would be copyright/design rights that the owner wants to keep, meaning the right to the shape and look of the
track, the layout, belongs to the track owner. Remember, they paid someone to design and build it, so they own it.
For google to take that design and publicize it so that Google can make money off it would violate the copyright. In essence, Laguna would have paid
tons of money for the design, then Google "steals" it (piracy is the actual term), pays no money, but makes money off it.
As for the rest of the sites, who knows?
