The Federal Reserve, a Privately Owned Banking Cartel, Has Been Given Police Powers, with Glock 22s and Patrol Cars

www.blacklistednews.com

Quietly, without fanfare or Congressional hearings, the USA Patriot Act in 2001 bestowed on the 12 privately owned Federal Reserve Banks, domestic policing powers...

Section 364 of the Act, “Uniform Protection Authority for Federal Reserve,” reads: “Law enforcement officers designated or authorized by the Board or a reserve bank under paragraph (1) or (2) are authorized while on duty to carry firearms and make arrests without warrants for any offense against the United States committed in their presence…Such officers shall have access to law enforcement information that may be neces

Wow this should be on the front page and stay there! The Banksters have so bought and paid for the politicians that they got themselves a private police force with de facto color of law police powers and authority to carry weapons and make arrest without warrant, access LEO databasis etc. etc.

What the hell people? it is amazing to me that we sit here and watch the once great republic be dismantled before our very eyes while most Americans happily eat their government oats whilst being led to the slaughter... Sigh!

Watch this thread will not get much attention there are more important things then preserving freedom I guess... Disgusted!

The San Francisco Fed ran an ad for Captain Specialist, noting that “you will be charged with gathering and disseminating law enforcement intelligence information to the District.” It also noted that the individual would need to “obtain and maintain top secret clearance.” Typically, that clearance level is reserved for only the highest positions in the Federal government.

This is insanity!

Hmmm...Wonder if they will be marked R.F.V?

Reichs Finanz Verwaltung aka the Finance Ministry.

But then again our money has been handled by guards for years. Ever since it was silver and gold. Remember those old Wells Fargo shotguns.

Think about it.

it is completely unconstitutional. It gives government law enforcement authority to a private police force for a private company.

They're finally realizing the need for their very own Imperial Storm Troopers. The fact that The Fed is largely the root cause of much of what's wrong with our society and economy is becoming more and more obvious to the masses. If citizens ever did decide (huge "if" there) to take action, these banks will need all the cops they can get.

if it is unconstitutional, why don't you press charges against these laws ?

This was a result of the patriot act. posted it somewhere yesterday may like section 364 sounds familiar. They can arrest without warrants. Ive tried locating if anyone has been arrested, with out a warrant, but my search comes up empty, maybe someone with better skills can look. They needed it to protect against someone or something

And who is going to enforce them? The same people who enabled them?

How else will they protect the monies though?

Doesn't seem like too big of a deal to me. I must be missing something.

Why not? The IRS has their own guns.

This is getting a bit ridiculous if this is real news. Haven't had a chance to check the sources yet.

I guess next your friendly Postman will be carrying an automatic rifle and body armour.

Milton Bradley could take on the funny money contract with ease.

i think it's safe to say the monopoly money you have in the game will be worth as much as the dollar soon, hence the fed need their own private po po's to help them sleep at night. it's a futile attempt at security since if the dollar does devaluate and i think it will, no amount of security will save them.

So basically they are permitted security guards... they dont neec warrants if they see a crime commited in their presence... they may be able to access LE info if its relevant... I dont see this as a big deal. When I worked security I was involved with the Organized Retail Crime program and we shared info with LE. I was allowed to arrest people. We communicated with the FBI, local PD, Sherrifs, State Patrol, Postal Service (whos investigators carry guns and have police powers) etc. They shared info with us all the time and we did the same. Ever see those guys that drive armored trucks? They carry guns. Meh, its interesting news but I dont think its much different than the way things have been for a looong time.
