I saw the vid and I don't think this woman got put in jail simply because she told a Muslim to go home. In America, that happens every day because we enjoy a freedom of speech. no big deal. What got her into trouble was her continuing belligerent mouth that became a disruption for all other passengers. Making a statement thats off is one thing, repeating it over and over like a drunken fool is another.

i couldnt help a little nit picking, but "enjoying" your right of free speech to tell someone of different skin tone to "go home" sounds a lot more bigoted than exercising your right of free speech to make a coherent and measured contribution to a discussion, which as you point out the lovely lady in the vid certainly is not doing.
