Thought I'd add for clarifications,

Many of these projections omit the electoral votes from states too close to call like Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia and others.

Romney would have to win pretty much every single swing state.

I would add Intrade's electoral map to your list. They got 48 out of 50 states right and were only 1 point off in the electoral college. Wisdom of Crowds FTW!

Romney gains more ground this week as a few states have gone from 'leaning Obama' to toss-up and a few more have gone from toss-up to 'leaning Romney.'

I had a rather hectic week this week so I'm a day late;

For the first time Romney is slated to win according to Real Clear Politics. He's slowly edging his way forward. There's even been some speculation on a tie in the college.

There will be two more updates to this thread before the election.

This is the last update prior to the election. Come Tuesday night/Wednesday morning we'll find out just how right or wrong these have been.

Most of the projections are suggesting that Romney needs to win all the toss-up states in order to take the presidency. While others suggest that only a few states are still undecided and Romney would lose if he took all of those anyway.

As there has been a good deal of talk about the possibilities of mis-counts or out right vote rigging.
I would like to pass on some instructions for those who would like to help keep everyting honest.

This is from an article by former NSA analyst Denis Campbell:

Examine every county across America using this simple set of instructions and encourage others to do the same with raw vote totals in your county/state.

Download the text files of all raw actual vote results by precinct from the Secretary of State’s Office.

Arrange them in precinct order.

Put in all of the candidate totals for each precinct.

Sort the data by total vote smallest on the top.

This reveals trends and should remain statistically constant throughout an election.

Further in the article he spoke of watching for any abberations which do not match up with the variations in size of the populations observed. That is to say the voting trends should match reguardless of the numbers of votes per precinct.
I don't care if it is done by right wing or left wing, fraud is fraud and should be prosicuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I'm glad there's no election to rig in Florida (as it will not help the GOP this time). I still get a bad taste in my mouth thinking of the elections in 2000.
