Has anyone ever seen this? Moving "cloud" falls to ground, man touches it - it's crazy...

In my childhood every time i did the dishes there would be clustering soap-bubbles that looked and behaved exactly the same way (floating on air). Like many mention above, i think its foam, nothing more.

It foam made with helium..a prize candidate for the hoax bin id say

Have you lost your common sense or are you just trolling? Alive, really? Yes it may look alive,. but it's pretty much a substance like foam and it looks like something to entertain the public with, rather than UFo/Aliens, creatures..

Washing machine soap bubbles. Wind there is blowing pretty hard and it would blow the bubbles around. I don't see anything here but a hoax and a pretty bad one at that.
