Because he's a lame boring white guy.

He has not a single ounce of coolness.

Also, he is in a catch 22 with the VP choice.

No one wants another hot female.

Thank Sara Palin for that.

No one will take that type of VP Canidate seriously.

If he pics a "Hispanic".

"Hispanics" will not vote for him on that basis alone.

"Hispanics" are not going to identify with that certain "Hispanic"

His mistake on picking a "Hispanic" VP is the assumption that ""Hispanics" are one people like "African Americans".

I just don't see him winning this fall.

I'm not a Republican nor Dem.

I want neither Mitt or Obama to win.

I'm just saying.

The elections are pre-determined for Mitt to win. Hidden Hand kept insisting on that point. The Illuminati is the real government. What you call "democratic election" is just a joke. The results are always tempered with.

Honestly.. "if he picks a hispanic, blah blah blah"

I'm an Australian and our country gets labelled racist by countries and not too long ago America was one of those countries calling Australia a racist country.

Go to America and it's like "Hispanics vs Blacks Vs Whites Vs Asians Vs Latinos Vs any other so called "race"".

Go to a shooting range and people can shoot drawings of "Mexican" looking folk... WTF mate.?

You should add 'Mormon' to that list

At least I know of one less vote because of that.

In my opinion his biggest liability is that he's a rich, rich, rich guy trying to win over the hearts and minds of a nation filled with people who still flinch every time they have to put gas in their cars and are watching their savings accounts disappear.

Well that and he's got helmet hair... NOBODY likes people with helmet hair. Well, except for local news anchors....

With all of the things against Romney (and more you haven't mentioned), and the idea that he will only win because some hidden group will steal it for him, how do we account for the polls that show he is ahead of, or even with, Obama?

I was especially surprised by the Gallup poll showing 9% of Obama's 2008 supporters have switched to Romney.

I couldn't agree with you more.
To the op. The reasons that you listed are just opinions. There is nothing enlightning in what you just wrote.
Obama is a socialist that has never done anything constructive in his entire life.... Yet he got elected...
Although I am noy a Romney fan. Still the stupidity of the american people never ceases to amaze me. Meaning they just may elect Romney, or worse yet reelect Obama....

what if romney chose ron paul as veep?

it's possible.

the veep candidate gets a speaking spot at the convention. right?
ron paul has not received a spot.

however rand paul has.
rand paul has also endorsed romney.

would that ticket bring another 5%-10% of the vote?
and quite a few delegates?

i'am not a huge fan of paul, but if i were romney, ron paul would be my choice.
it would "almost" guarantee a victory.

I think the republicans had the weakest candidates in history for president because the ones that are in the know either didn't want a republican president to win or felt to beat Obama would be difficult. I have never seen so many incredible blunders made by someone running for president. Romney looks more like mayor material, he was a terrible governor and he hides the fact that he is latino (mexican). I am looking forward to the debates, it will be funny!!! My point is there might be some information coming out that will help Obama win no matter what and the top republicans know and let Romney think he had a chance. We will know in November or sooner

So are these two Parasites ever going to debate? The selection, er election is less than 3 months away. How many debates can they still fit in? And how will their individual "debate" skills affect the outcome?

I agree with all of you in one way or the other ! there is no choice for the american public as far as candidates.
romney acts like a car salesman....obama is getting caught up in alot of Pro muslim stuff and his tendacy to act cold towrd Israel. I just don't know .....it is me or am I just crazy that I hear romney people say they will vote romney even if they don't like his ideals just because they want obama out? weird for sure.

Somebody has been really had if you think that is even a remote possibility. Romney likes Paul, but there is no way he's allowed to be on the ticket. Those of you suggesting this are truly asleep. It's time to wake up.
