Very interesting conversation with a Breitbart reporter on Wayne Allyn Root radio show- claims he has proof Obama was an Indonesian Citizen, and went to Columbia in purported time Obama did- "never even heard of Obama".



Just more smoke where there already is fire.

Regarding Indonesian citizenship (according to the old 1945 constitution at tha time) in order for a foreign child to gain Indonesian citizenship he would either have to be under the age of 5 years, or if the child was over 5 years, he would have had to reside in Indonesia for atleast 5 years to have his application considered and processed:

Obama was what? 6 years old when he arrived to Indonesia? He left on his 5th year there.

In order to become a citizen of Indonesia, you would also have to relinquish your other citizenship, you could not have been a dual indonesian citizen at that time, the government forbid it. Problem is, since Obama was under the age of 21, he could not relinquish his citizenship, he wasn't old enough, neither could his parents give up his citizenship for him.

Now we could go through this entire conspiracy that his mother really wanted him to stay there, that they lied to the authorities, concealed the fact he could not relinguish his citizenship, paid off some government officials, bribed the Indonesian president at the time, we could claim anything. It's a pritty tall order to prove that any of that really happened... but then again ATS is full of tall tails ain't it?

The "Obama is a Indonesian citizen" is a claim from 2008, why do birthers continue to recycle their smears?

Problem. Father is a Kenyan with English citizenship at time of birth.

Presidents must be "Natural Born Citizens"

Definition of Natural Born Citizens. Child of 2 citizens of a country. Obama is not qualified to be president.

The real reason why they won't get rid of him now. Because every thing he did while in office is legally invalid.

Can you imagine the total mess that would immediately develop at the moment of his removal from office?

All the money spent that would have to be repaid back to the government?

All the legal decisions that Obama judges made that suddenly are reversed?

All the judges that are suddenly out of jobs because they were illegally nominated.

All the Laws of the past 4 years that just simply go away because they were invalid at the time of their adoption?

And all the other actions taken by the Obama administration that become legally invalid?
